摘要
本文从发展态势、活动模式、运行方式、发展方式等不同角度对"新经济"的本质特征进行了剖析,并在此基础上对"新经济"概念作了综合述评,给出了"新经济"的新定义。
The essential features of the new economy have been analysed from the different angles such as the developing situation,the active model and the operating way.On the basis of it,the concept of the new economy has been had a comprehensive commentary and the new definition for it has been given.
