摘要
在众多导致西部经济社会发展滞后的原因中,最根本的原因是:西部地区适应现代经济和社会发展的人力资源基础薄弱。本文从分析西部地区人力资源现状及存在的问题出发,研究影响西部地区人力资源开发的主要因素及相应的对策。
Among numerous causes leading to retardation of economic society development in the west area,the most basic one is that manpower resources in the west area which adapt to modern economy and social development are quite weak.From the manpower resources status and existing problems,the main factors affecting the development of manpower resources in the west area and the corresponding countermeasures are studied in the paper.
