摘要
比较、分析警察思维、法律思维、刑侦思维的差异;阐述办案思维这个概念能准确反映现实中的警察思维的本质特征;指出警察办案的三大特点并据之提出办案思维的概念。
By comparing and analyzing the difference in constabul ary , legal and criminal thoughts, this paper holds the concept of hand ling a case fully reflecting the essential feature of actual constabul ary thought and offers three major characters of handling a case by police, on which the concept of handling a case is based.
