摘要
"三个代表"的重要思想第一次明确地把"始终代表中国先进文化的前进方向"作为体现共产党先进性的重要特征和标志提出来,这在马克思主义党建理论史上是具有开拓性的理论贡献。它凸现了当今时代先进文化对于党保持先进性的重大时代意义,拓宽了对共产党先进性理解的视野和范围,深化了对执政党建设规律的认识,形成了新世纪党的建设的新思路。
The important thought of 'Three Represents' advances clearly and definitely the first time that 'representing the forward direction of advanced Chinese culture' embodies the important character and sign of the progressiveness of the Party. It is a creative theoretical contribution in the Party′s construction history of Marxism. It incarnates that modern advanced culture of present times is of great significance for the Party to keep progressiveness. It widens the eyeshot and range of understanding the Party′s progressiveness, deepens the cognition on the constructive rule of the ruling party. It forms the new thinking about the Party′s construction in the new century.
