摘要
素质教育是一个系统工程。现代教育要求教育者必须树立“以人为本”的教育价值观 ,“承认个性差异”的教育人才观 ,“全面发展”的教育质量观。要大力培养和激励学生的创新精神、创造能力、创业意识和实践能力 ,为学生天赋和潜能的开发创造一种宽松的环境 ,为学生学会学习、学会生存、学会处事打下坚实基础。
The competence education is a systemic engineering.The modern education demands educators must set up the educational view of taking people as the key link,the educational talent view of acknowledging individual difference and the educational quality view of all round development.It should greatly train and encourage students innovative spirit,the creative ability,the enterprising sense and the practice ability.It should create a wide environment for students talent and potential development and lay the foundation for students to learn to study,live and deal with everything.
