摘要
目的 :观察纳洛酮、丽珠赛乐、复方丹参联合治疗中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE)的效果。方法 :将 5 2例中、重度 HIE患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。在综合治疗相同基础上观察两组患儿意识、呼吸、肌张力、原始反射、惊厥改善所需时间 ,并作统计学处理。结果 :治疗组意识、呼吸、肌张力、原始反射、惊厥改善所需时间少于对照组 ,P均<0 .0 1,治疗组治疗 5 d内的有效率 6 3.33% ,大于对照组的 31.82 % ,P<0 .0 5。结论 :在综合治疗基础上联合应用纳洛酮、丽珠赛乐、复方丹参治疗中、重度 HIE可较快改善临床表现 ,缩短病程 ,提高治愈率。
Objective:To investigate the effect of naloxone,lizhusaile and methanesulfonate on treating hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE).Methods:52 cases with middle and severe HIE were divided into two groups:the treatment group and control group randomely.The status of consciousness,respiration,muscular tension,convulsion and primary reflection were recorded and analyzed.Results:The time meeded for recovery of consciousness,respiration,muscular tension,convulsion and primary reflection was shorter in treatment group than that in control group ( P <0.01).The curative rate within five days in treatment and control group was 63.33% and 31.82%,respectively.The significant difference between the two groups was found ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The combination treatment with naloxone,lizhusaile and methanesulfonate may improve the clinical status,shorten the course and increase the curative rate of severe HIE.
