摘要
目的 研究鞍区及其相邻结构的显微外科解剖 ,探讨鞍区解剖间隙在鞍区显微外科手术中的应用。方法 国人成年尸体头颅标本 46例 ,其中 3 0例标本经双侧椎动脉灌注红色乳胶 ,采用手术显微镜 ( 8~ 40倍 )观察和测量鞍区及其相邻结构。结果 对视交叉前三角间隙、视神经 -颈内动脉三角间隙、颈内动脉 -小脑幕三角间隙、视交叉 -终板三角间隙等手术常用间隙的血管和神经的结构及直径、长度进行了描述和测量。结论 熟悉鞍区解剖间隙的显微结构 ,联合多间隙完成手术 。
Objective To study the microanatomical structures of sellar region and related structures and find out the clinical application of the operating spaces in clinical microsurgical operation. Methods Sellar region and related structures were dissected on 46 adult head specimens, among which 30 adult head cadaveric heads were filled with red color lacteprene through vertebral artery, and observed in detail under operative microscope.Results The structures of prechiasmatic cistern triangle,optico-carotid triangle, carotido-tentorial triangle and chiasmatic-terminal lamina triangle were described.Conclusion To understand the microsurgical anatomy of the operating spaces in sellar region and protect the perforating branches are the key during the operation.
