摘要
探讨采用声学边界元法软件 SYSNOISE进行船舶振动声学数值计算的具体方法。以某船为例 ,对船舶有限元分析模型的建模、船舶振动频响分析方法以及动力计算结果与声学边界元模型接口等具体步骤进行说明。介绍了如何应用 SYSNOISE软件建立船舶三维边界元声学分析模型 ,并采用间接边界元法 ,对某船近场振动声学特性进行了计算分析。
Principles and methods for vibro acoustics computation of ships with SYSNOISE software are introduced in this paper. First, the merits and demerits of the commercial CAE software such as MSC/Nastran, ANSYS and SYSNOISE in vibration and acoustics analysis are compared. Then taking a ship as example, methods and steps about combination of finite element method (using MSC/Nastran) and boundary element method (using SYSNOISE) to calculate vibro acoustic characters of the ship are presented. Details about the ship modelling by finite element method, the frequency response analysis by modal method considering the attached fluid, and the translation of computational results from NASTRAN to SYSNOISE are discussed too. At last, taking the vibration characters from the finite element analysis as boundary conditions, a 3 D acoustic boundary element model is constructed. The acoustic characters of the ship in near field are calculated by using indirect boundary element method with SYSNOISE software range from 12.5Hz to 10000Hz. Comparison of computational results and experimental data shows the validity and effectiveness of the presented method.
