摘要
采用有机硅氧烷(RTES)与硅酸钠(Na2 SiO3)共水解缩聚合成有机官能化的MSU型硅基介孔材料.当前驱体中RTES和硅酸钠的摩尔比为 0.1∶0.9时合成了R MSU(R =甲基,氨基)分子筛,通过现代分析技术证明有机官能团均进入材料骨架.选用CH3 MSU合成体系,考察了合成温度、前驱体与模板剂摩尔比及前驱体中有机硅氧烷含量等反应参数对材料织构性能的影响,发现通过简单地调节反应参数。
Using sodium silicate and organotrialkoxysilane as the silica source and nonionic polyethylene oxide C(11)similar to(15)-H(23)similar to(31) (CH2CH2O)(9)H (AEO(9)) as the structure-directing agent, MSU-type mesoporous organosilica materials that include methyl, 3-aminopropyl group were synthesized. The obtained materials were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, SEM, HRTEM, Si-29 CP MAS NMR, N-2-physisorption and bulk elemental analysis. The effects of synthetic temperature, organotrialkoxysilane content in the precursor and Si/surfactant molar composition in CH3-MSU system were investigated carefully.
