摘要
张仲景是我国著名的医学家 ,其著作《伤寒杂病论》记载的麻黄与石膏配伍应用的处方共有 6方 ,即大青龙汤、麻黄杏仁甘草石膏汤、桂枝二越婢一汤、越婢汤、越婢加半夏汤、小青龙加石膏汤。古今注家 ,皆以石膏清热释之 ,认为在麻黄类方剂中加入生石膏 ,就可以监制麻黄的发汗作用 ,扭转麻黄的药性 ,变辛温之方为辛凉之剂。从两药的用量比例不同 。
ZHANG Zhongjing is a famous Chinese doctor. In his book Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases six recipes were recorded, which all include the compatibility of Herba Ephedrae and Gypsum Fibrosum. They are: Big Blue Dragon Decoction, Decoction of Herba Ephedrae, Semen Armenicacae Amarum, Radix Glycyrrhizae and Gypsum Fibrosum, Guizhier Yuebiyi Decoction, Yuebi Decoction, Yuebi Plus Rhizoma Pinelliae Decoction, Small Blue Dragon Plus Gypsum Fibrosum Decoction. Both ancient and modern interpreters of the book have all agreed that Gypsum Fibrosum can eliminate heat, and, when added to prescriptions with Herba Ephedrae, it can arrest the diaphoretic function and change the property of the latter, thus converting a recipe of pungent and warm nature into one of pungent and cold nature. This paper gives a detailed explanation of such compatible principle by comparing the different dosages of the two.
