摘要
采用改性剂对超细改性氢氧化铝(CG-ATH)进行表面处理,考察了不同改性剂对 CG-ATH表面改性效果的影响,通过透射电镜和扫描电镜观察了改性前后 CG-ATH的颗粒形态及其在尼龙66中的分散情况,测定了氧指数。结果表明,改性后的CG-ATH在树脂中分散性好,在尼龙66中添加表面改性的CG-ATH,其氧指数从25%提高到30%。
The surface of ultrafine modified aluminum hydroxide ( CG-ATH) was treated with silane coupling agents. Various modifiers were used in surface treatment of CG-ATH and the results were evaluated by TEM, SEM and limited oxygen index. The results showed that after surface treatment CG-ATH has a good dispersion in PA66 and the limited oxygen index of PA66 with the treated CG-ATH improves from 25% to 30%.
