摘要
通过亚硝基胍诱变 ,以色素合成抑制剂二苯胺和β 紫罗酮为筛选剂 ,筛选到数株类胡萝卜素含量较原发菌株高的突变株 ,其中一株经二次诱变 ,类胡萝卜素含量比亲株提高 82 .9% ,本研究选用了 5种酵母生长抑制剂作为筛选剂 。
Mutagenesis of phaffia rhedozyma was attempted with NTG. Carotenoid synthesis inhibitors,β-ionone and diphenylamine were used in selection of the mutants phaffia rhedozyma with a high yield of carotenoid. One of these mutants was mutagened repeatedly, and the carotennoid of the re mutant was 82.9% higher than the parent. Five yeast growth inhibitors were tested and CuSO4 was the most effective.
