摘要
目的 了解慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞 (PBL)穿孔素 (PFP)的表达情况及其与疾病的关系。方法 用抗人PFP单克隆抗体 ,采用免疫组化染色法 ,观察慢性乙型肝炎患者PBL中总的PFP阳性细胞的百分率。结果 慢性乙型肝炎PBL中PFP表达水平与正常对照组之间存在明显差异。
Objective To investigate perforin expression in human peripheral blood lymphoocyes(PBL) of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods The monoclonal antibodies to human perforin was applied to recognize its expression in mononuclear cells from the patients and healthy persons using the streptavidin-biotin-immunoperoxidase technique.Results The percentage of perforin positive cells in PBL was 21 6% in normal individuals,15 1% in chronic active hepatitis B,14 7% in cirrhosis,6 8% in chronic severe hepatitis.Conclusion Perforin expression was significantly decreased in chronic hepatitis B There was close relationship between lowered perforin expression and hepatitis B virus infection.
