摘要
目的 :建立一种培养细胞切片用于免疫细胞化学染色的方法。方法 :采用琼脂糖凝胶沉淀培养细胞 ,形成细胞团。常规石蜡包埋、切片、免疫组织化学染色。结果 :培养细胞分散均匀 ,阳性免疫反应明显 ,定位明确 ,背景清晰。结论
Objective:To develop a new method of preparing cultured cell sections for immunocytochemical staining.Methods:The cultured cells were pelleted in agarose gel.The pellet was processed through routine histological procedure.Paraffin sections were obtained and then immunocytochemical labelling was carried out.Results:Cultured cells were well distributed.The optimal immuno_staining was achieved.Positive staining was clearly localized.Non_specific background staining did not appear.Conclusion:The present method is well suited for immunocytochemical staining of cultured cells. It is also applicable to immuno_electron microscopy.
