摘要
提出了经济合理地开发利用毒重石钡矿资源生产钡产品的方法 ,研究了毒重石钡矿高温分解的机理 ,探寻采用高温焙烧使毒重石钡矿分解的最佳条件 ,为毒重石钡矿的利用开辟新途径。理论分析认为 ,毒重石钡矿在 90 0℃左右开始分解 ,12 0 0℃开始大量分解 ,130 0℃约有 90 %的BaCO3 已经分解。并通过一系列实验对焙烧条件作了比较细致的研究 ,认为毒重石钡矿高温焙烧的适宜条件为 :粒度6~ 9mm、焙烧时间 3h、焙烧温度控制在 130
How to exploit resourses of witherite mineral enconomically is given. From theory to experiment, the aim is to study the decomposition principle of witherite mineral in high temperature, to seek the optimal condition to make witherite mineral decomposed by baking in high temperature and to explore the new approach to make good use of witherite mineral. Theoretical analysis indicates that witherite mineral will be decomposed at 900 ℃, be decomposed vastly at 1 200 ℃ and 90 percents of BaCO 3 will be decomposed at 1 300 ℃. The baking condition is studied attentively through a series of experiment. The optimal condition of baking witherite mineral in high temperature is concluded. The particle size is 6-9 mm, the baking time 3 hours and the baking temperature within 1 300 ℃.
