摘要
以聚ε-己内酯(PCL)作有机高聚物基体,通过正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)在其溶液中进行溶胶-凝胶反应,制备出透明的PCL/SiO2杂化材料。通过SEM观察,证实该材料达到了分子级复合。采用FTIR、XPS技术对材料的结构进行表征,证明该类杂化材料中有机、无机组分间存在少量共价键。
A novel transparent PCL/SiO2 hybrid material was prepared via sol-gel process starting from tetrathoxysilane (TEOS) in the solution of Poly(ε-caprolactone ) (PCL).SEM characterization indicated that two components of the hybrid material disperse in molecular scale. It is concluded that it was a molecular semiinterpenetrating network. The results of FTIR and XPS characterization confirmed that covalent bond exists between organic and inorganic components.
