摘要
通过猪油与氨基乙醇反应,在猪油中引入了羟基,羟基改性猪油再与马来酸酐反应,在猪油中引入了羧基。羧基改性猪油在引发剂(NH4)2S2O8)-NaHSO3的催化下与马来酸酐、丙烯酸、醋酸乙烯酯等单体发生乳液共聚反应,合成了新型复鞣 加脂剂。应用结果表明合成产品具有很好的填充、加脂性能。
First ,hydroxyl groups were introduced into lard by reacting lard with ethanol monoamine, then carboxyl groups were introduced to the hydroxyl modified lard by reacting with maleic anhydride.Three retanningfatliquoring agents,Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ were synthesized by emulsion copolymerizing of different formula of carboxyl modified lard, maleic anhydride ,vinyl acetate and acrylic acid initated by (NH4)2S2O8-NaHCO3 system.Ⅰ showed the good lubricating property, Ⅱ can make good waterproof leather and Ⅲ is a good retanning agent.
