摘要
本文采用一种新的干燥方法——叔丁醇冷冻干燥法对日本血吸虫胞蚴期样品进行干燥。然后采用普通胶水粘台,用此方法,比用临界点干燥法简单,样品丢失少,不萎缩,不变形不受污染。用胶水粘台避免了使用银导电胶可能淹没虫体的缺点,背景干净。
A new drying method--t-Butyl alcohol freeze-drying method is used for drying the sporocyst of schistosoma
japonicum and to smear the specimen to the stage with ordinary office glue. The image under SME shows that this method is better than the critical point drying method. The specimen is natural appearance ,the lesser distor-ion,contaminated and injury.
