摘要
为了使滚动直线导轨副运动精度的动态检测结果精度提高 ,分析了直线度误差评定基准直线的求解过程 ,从而采用遗传算法对其进行寻优 ,详细讨论了采用遗传算法求解直线度误差的处理过程 ;对不同工况时的运动精度分别用首尾连线法、最小二乘法及遗传算法进行了实例计算分析比较 。
The evaluation process of linear error evaluation base line was analyzed in order to improve the motion precision in dynamically measured rolling linear guide pair, and GA (genetic algorithm) was used to optimize the target line. The processing course in quest of linear error by GA was discussed. The calculations and analyses were done on motion precision in different instances, through end to end algorithm, LS(least square) algorithm, and GA separately. Compared with the other two algorithms, the linear error result by GA shows good precision and stability.
