摘要 分析了铝电解电容器阳极氧化膜的形成过程,研究了影响氧化膜击穿和电解液闪火的因素,结论是氧气的析出是氧化膜击穿和电解液闪火的前驱点,以此为指导对电容器的老练工艺提出了改进,电容器的成品率得到大幅度的提高。 Forming mechanism of the anodic oxide film of aluminum electrolytic capacitors is analyzed, and the factors effecting on the tbreakdown of oxide film and sparking of electrolyte are also studied. It is shown that the oxygen evolution is the prelude of breakdown of oxide film and sparking of electrolyte. Based on this idea, the method to improve the burn - in process of electrolytic capacitors were suggested. As a result, the stabilization and reliability of capacitors is increased.
