摘要
柱塞配流是柱塞泵的一种新型配流机构 ,它具备端面配流和阀配流泵的优点 ,同时又避免了两者的缺陷 ,其应用前景十分看好。闭死容积的研究是柱塞配流纯水液压泵的关键技术之一 ,本文主要研究了 :闭死容积密封长度的确定 ;困水过程的作用时间 ;配流过程数学模型的建立与仿真。
Described in the paper is a new type of piston pump with piston valving, which combines advantages of both plate valving and valve valving, and in the same time avoids their weakness. Since dead volume is one of the key techniques, the investigation ever made includes mainly: determination of seal length for dead volume, operation time in pocketed water, establishment and simulation of mathematic model for valving process. This investigation and its findings surely prove helpful to proper design of pump valving system.
