摘要
目的 :探讨前列腺素E1+甲钴胺对糖尿病周围神经病变的治疗作用。对象 :38例 2型糖尿病患者 ,男 2 2例 ,女 16例 ,年龄 5 6± 10岁 (30～ 77岁 ) ,糖尿病病程 7.8± 6 .5年 ,糖尿病周围神经病变病程 1.2± 0 .8年。方法 :患者入选后 ,予 0 .9%生理盐水 2 5 0ml+前列腺素E110 0 μg静点 ,每天一次 ,甲钴胺注射液 5 0 0 μg肌注 ,每天一次 ,治疗 4周后进行疗效评价。结果 :前列腺素E1联合甲钴胺治疗 4周后症状明显改善 ,总有效率 84 .2 1%。结论 :前列腺素E1联合甲钴胺不失为治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效方法之一 ,值得临床应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of prostaglandin E1 Methylcobalamin in the treatment of debetic perpheral neuropathy,Subjects 38 type 2 diabtic patients,male 22,femal 16;Age of patients is 56±10years(30-77years),the duration of diabetes is 7.8±6.5yeas,the duration of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is 1.2±0.8 years.Methods:The patients were given prostaglandin E1 100μg by intravenous drip one time perday,observed after the treat in 4th week.Results:More obvious improvement was observed after the treatment for 4 weeks.Conclusion:The PGE1 and methylcobalmin is an effective method for the treatment ofdiabetic peripheral neuropathy.
