摘要
观察A型肉毒杆菌毒素局部注射治疗特发性睑痉挛和半侧面肌痉挛的效果。方法 对特发性睑痉挛 42例和半侧面肌痉挛 2 4例经肉毒杆菌毒素局部注射治疗的效果和并发症等进行随访。结果 特发性睑痉挛 42例和半侧面肌痉挛 2 4例经肉毒杆菌毒素局部注射治疗后 ,症状得到迅速缓解 ,随访中未发现全身性不良反应 ,局部副作用轻微。结论 A型肉毒杆菌毒素注射治疗特发性睑痉挛和半侧面肌痉挛方法简单 ,可暂时有效地解除或缓解症状 。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy for treatment of binign essential blepharospasm and hemificialspasm with botulinum A toxin injection.Methods Botulinum A toxin injection was performed in fourth two cases of binign essential blepharospasm and twenty two of hemifacialspasm,the case records were reviewed retrospeively.Results All the sixty six patients receive good or partial symptomatic relief after botulinum A toxin injection,no systematic side-effects were observated and ocular complications were rate,minor and transient.Conclusion The injection of Botulinum A toxin as treatment for binign essential blepharospasm and hemifacialspasm was safe and effective,it can provide temporary good and partial symptomatic relief,and spare the patients surgical procedure.
