摘要
加入WTO就意味着成员国纳入经济全球化体系的平台。但是,加入WTO并不是简单地遵循WTO的规则,而是要领会WTO追求世界贸易自由化、平等化、持续化的精神实质。中国经济只有从WTO的精神实质出发,辨证地分析其多重性利弊,才能谋求成功的对策。
The entry into WTO means the complete connection with the system of economic globalization.However,the entry into WTO does not simply mean the obedience of its rules,but the understanding and pursuit of its spirit:the freedom,equality and stride of the world trade.Therefore,Chinese economy has to start from the core spirit of WTO and analyse its advantages and disadvantages to react efficiently.
