摘要
介绍了用于光谱测量的三种多通道检测器 (电荷注入器件、电荷耦合器件、MOS图像传感器 )的原理 ,对主要型号多通道检测器的特性进行了分析与比较 ,讨论了在设计光谱仪器时选用多通道检测器的原则。
The working principles and characteristics of three kinds of multichannel detectors (CID,CCD and MOS image sensor)for spectroscopic analysis are described. The performances,advantages and shortcomings of main types of multichannel detectors are compared.The principles to be considered for selection of multichannel detectors in designing spectroscopic instruments are discussed.
