摘要
如何为企业成功“导入”知识管理 ,逐渐成为国际学术界和企业界的热点话题。在分析了企业知识创新的新特点和实施知识管理必要性的基础上 ,着重探讨了企业导入知识管理的流程 。
How to introduce knowledge management to enterprises has become the focus of international academic circles and enterprise circles .On the basis of analyzing the new features of enterprise knowledge innovation and the necessity of applying knowledge management, this paper probes into the process of introducing knowledge management to enterprises ,and the relationship between knowledge management and other business process management.
