摘要
在高频周期信号测量中 ,传统的测试方法中一般是被测信号频率越高 ,要求测试设备采样频率越高 ,往往测试设备难以达到要求 ,文中提出一种相对相位叠加数据来样法 ,为低频测试设备测量高频周期信号提供了可能与依据 ,具有广泛的应用价值。
In traditional high frequency periodic signal measurement,high frequency sampling eauipment is required, other wise it would not able to work satisfactorily.To solve the problem,a relativity phase folding sampling method has been put forward in the paper,which makes it possible to measure high frequency perio dic signal with general equipment and will be used widely.
