摘要 介绍了CE理论,针对现行传统的串行注塑模具设计模式存在的问题,提出引入CE设计方法,从管理与技术两个方面,提高企业产品设计能力、缩短产品开发周期、提高产品质量,降低成本,从而提高企业的竞争力,并给出了实施方法。 The serial methods are widely adopted in the traditional designs of plastic injection mould. According to the problems existing in the serial mould design method, Concurrent Engineering is recommended to be introduced into the design of injection mould to improve the design capability of enterprises, shorten the product development period, improve quality of product and reduce cost from both the administrant and technical points of view, which can enhance the competition ability of enterprises. And the implementary methods of CE are presented in this paper.
