摘要
围绕如何实现“不间断、高质量 ,既经济 ,又安全”的广播电视技术维护工作总方针 ,应用系统论、控制论、全面质量管理的观点 ,对电视发射台实施科学的技术管理工作的方式方法进行了探讨。分析了广播电视发射台的系统组成 ,组建台领导机构的条件 ,应建立的规章制度 ,技术维护管理工作的方法及坚持“人本位”的思想和它们的作用 。
With the system, cybernetics, total quality control thoughts,the paper discusses the science and technology management way that is utilized in the radio and TV emission stations for realizing the policy--without intermission, highquality, both economy and safe in the radio and TV technology service . The paper analyses the system about the radio and TV emission stations. The factor by made up the leader organization,laying down the rules and system, the way of technologies service.We must insist on the thought--human-centered management in radio and TV emission stations.It also discusses that the factors that play a positive rule and the results that the thoughts has been applying in Han Gu Radio and TV Emission Station since 1997.
