摘要
影响当前农村干群关系的原因非常复杂 ,从主体角度看 ,群众、乡村干部发生变化后 ,其自身存在的种种缺陷和不足 ,导致了群众对干部的认同度减弱 ,干群主体间冲突不断。因此 ,村干部应摆正其自治的角色 ,乡镇干部的职能应向服务型转变 ,农民应提高自身科学文化素质和生产劳动技能 ,从而实现三者之间的良性互动 。
The factors that influence the relation between masses and cadres in rural China is very complex But from the viewpoint of subject, masses don't confide in cadres because of their shortcomings after they have changed As a result,the conflict is getting more and more So the rural cadres should take a correct attitude towards character tremselves the functions of the town cadres should become service for the masses,and farmers should imporove their cultural qualities and their productive skills It'll be the cornerstone to relax and better the relations between masses and cadres in rural China
