摘要
目的分析妇科腹腔镜手术的麻醉护理配合方法及效果。方法随机选取2016年7月—2018年7月该院收治的妇科腹腔镜手术患者60例,采用SPSS 22.0统计学软件将入组患者按先后序列号(1～60)随机分为两组:一组常规麻醉护理配合组(30例),一组综合麻醉护理配合组(30例),对两组患者的手术耐受程度、镇痛情况进行统计分析。结果综合麻醉护理配合组患者中手术耐受优26例,良3例,手术耐受优良率为96.7%(29/30);常规麻醉护理配合组患者中手术耐受优21例,良4例,手术耐受优良率为83.3%(25/30)。综合麻醉护理配合组患者的手术耐受优良率显著高于常规麻醉护理配合组(χ~2=13.34,P<0.05),镇痛不完全、肌紧张发生率3.3%(1/30)、0.0%(1/30)均显著低于常规麻醉护理配合组13.3%(4/30)、10.0%(3/30)(χ~2=11.14,12.83,P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术的综合麻醉护理配合效果较常规麻醉护理配合好。
Objective To analyze the anesthesia and nursing methods and effects of gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients with gynecologic laparoscopic surgery admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were randomly selected. SPSS 22.0 statistically software was used to randomly divided the enrolled patients into two groups according to the serial number(1-60): a group of routine anesthesia care cooperation group(30 cases), a group of comprehensive anesthesia care coordination group(30 cases), statistical analysis of surgical tolerance and analgesia of the two groups of patients. Results Among the patients in the comprehensive anesthesia care group, 26 patients had excellent surgical tolerance, and 3 patients had good results. The excellent rate of surgical tolerance was 96.7%(29/30). Among the patients in the routine anesthesia care group, 21 patients had excellent surgical tolerance and 4 patients were good. The excellent rate of surgical tolerance was 83.3%(25/30). The rate of excellent surgical tolerance was significantly higher in the comprehensive anesthesia care group than in the conventional anesthesia care group(χ~2=13.34, P<0.05). Incomplete analgesia, muscle tension rate of 3.3%(1/30), and 0.0%(0/30) were significant. It was lower than the conventional anesthesia care group 13.3%(4/30), 10.0%(3/30)(χ~2=11.14, 12.83, P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive anesthesia nursing effect of gynecological laparoscopic surgery is better than that of conventional anesthesia care.
