摘要
目的探讨康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎的临床疗效。方法整群选取在2012年5月—2014年3月,该院收治的140例患有小儿疱疹性口腔炎儿童为研究对象,随机分成治疗组和对照组,各70例。治疗组采用康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎,对照组采用西瓜霜。比较两组患儿的疗效。结果治疗组患儿的总有效率为97.2%;对照组患儿的总有效率为84.2%;且治疗组患者饮食状况好转时间为(27.2±2.3)h,口腔炎愈合时间为(69.3±10.6)h,明显快于对照组的(47.8±5.2)h及(99.2±11.9)h;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用康复新液治疗小儿疱疹性口腔炎,临床疗效好,患儿的康复率高。且加快了患儿溃疡愈合的天数,降低对患儿饮食状况不良的影响,促进患儿尽快康复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis. Methods140 children with infantile herpetic stomatitis admitted to our hospital from May 2012 and March 2014 were included in this study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 70 in each one. The control group was treated with kangfuxin liquid while the control group was treated with watermelon frost. The clinical outcomes were compared the children in the two groups. Results The overall effective rate was 97.2% in the treatment group and 84.2% in the control group; in addition, the recovery time of diet status was(27.2±2.3)h, and the healing time of stomatitis was(69.3±10.6)h in the study group, both shorter than that,(47.8±5.2) h and(99.2±11.9)h respectively, in the control group. All the differences above were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of infantile herpetic stomatitis can produce good clinical effect and higher recovery rate, meanwhile it accelerate the healing of stomatitis, reduce its negative impact on their diet status, and promote quick recovery of the children.
