摘要
目的探究后方入路内固定术治疗肩胛骨骨折的临床效果。方法采用回顾性方法分析,整群选取该院在2008年11月—2013年11月收治的26例肩胛骨骨折患者,均给予后方入路内固定手术治疗,观察临床治疗效果。结果患者肩功能恢复优良率90%(24/26);切口均一期愈合,并发症发生率4%(1/26)。结论后方入路内固定术治疗肩胛骨骨折患者,可取得满意的治疗效果,具有较高临床利用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of internal fixation through posterior approach for scapular fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 26 patients with scapular fracture who were admitted to our depart-ment from November 2008 and November 2013 and treated with internal fixation through posterior approach to observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy. Results The excellent-and-good rate of shoulder function recovery was 90% (24/26); the inci-sions were well-healed by first intension with a complication rate of 4% (1/26). Conclusion Internal fixation through poste-rior approach for scapular fracture can produce satisfactory therapeutic effect and is of high clinical value.
