摘要
目的探讨内固定结合外固定支架治疗Pilon骨折并踝关节骨折脱位临床疗效。方法分析该院2012年3月—2013年5月收治的Pilon骨折并踝关节骨折脱位患者60例临床资料,依据固定方式不同分为对照组30例和观察组30例。结果观察两组Pilon骨折并踝关节骨折脱位患者的踝关节功能恢复情况,其中观察组患者恢复的优良率为93.3%,与对照组76.7%相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内外相结合的固定支架治疗Pilon骨折并踝关节骨折脱位相对比较牢固,术后踝关节功能恢复良好,值得临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of internal fixation combined with external fixation in the treatment of Pilon fracture and ankle fracture dislocation. Methods An analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 60 cases with Pilon fracture and ankle fracture dislocation admitted in our hospital from March 2012 to May 2013. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases in each in accordance with the fixation mode. Results In terms of the recovery of ankle joint function, the excellent and good rate was 93.3% in the observation group, and 76.7%in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For Pilon fracture and ankle fracture dislocation, internal fixation combined with external fixation has the advantages of firm fixation and good postoperative recovery of ankle joint function, so the treatment is worthy of extensively clinical application and promotion.
