伢碘凝胶治疗龋齿的临床探讨

摘要 目的探讨伢碘凝胶治疗龋齿的临床治疗效果。方法整群选取牙科2012年1月—2014年12月采用伢碘凝胶治疗龋齿的患者178例为观察组,选取牙科同期采用涡轮机钻牙治疗龋齿的178例患者为对照组,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组给予伢碘凝胶治疗后,治疗有效率为100%,对照组给予涡轮机钻牙治疗后,治疗有效率为80.3%,两组结果比较具有可比性(P<0.05)。结论伢碘凝胶治疗龋齿临床效果满意,可以明显提高牙齿的咀嚼功能,值得在临床上大力推广应用。 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of iodine gel in the treatment of dental caries. Methods 178 cases with dental caries treated by iodine gel and other 178 cases with dental caries treated by turbine drilling in Stomatology Department from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the observation group and the control group, respectively. And the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The response rate of the observation group was 100%, and that of the control group was 80.3%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the treatment of dental caries, iodine gel has satisfactory clinical effects, which can significantly improve the chewing function, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion energetically.
