摘要
目的对左旋甲状腺素治疗亚临床甲状腺功能减退的效果及其对血脂水平的影响进行研究探讨。方法整群选取该院2013年10月—2014年10月收治的94例亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组47例患者采用六味地黄丸治疗,观察组47例患者采用左旋甲状腺素治疗,对比两组患者的治疗有效率及血脂水平的变化情况。结果观察组的治疗有效率为93.62%,对照组的治疗有效率为78.72%,观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的TC、TG及LDL明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对亚临床甲状腺功能减退患者采用左旋甲状腺素治疗可有效提高治疗效果,降低患者的血脂水平,在临床上值得推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Levothyroxine on subclinical hypothyroidism and blood lipid level.Methods Ninety-four cases with subclinical hypothyroidism admitted in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2014 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 47 cases in each. Patients in the control group were treated by Pills of Six Drugs with Rehmannia, while those in the observation group were treated by Levothyroxine. And the response rate and changes in blood lipid level of the two groups were compared. Results The response rate was much higher in the observation group than that in the control group(93.62% vs 78.72%)(P<0.05). The TC, TG and LDL levels in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with subclinical hypothyroidism, Levothyroxine can effectively improve the treatment effect and reduce the blood lipid level, so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
