摘要
目的对比分析腹腔镜下膀胱根治性切除术和开放手术的近期临床效果。方法随机从2013年1月—2014年6月来该院进行膀胱肿瘤手术的患者中选出62例,分为两组,对比组采用常规开放性手术方法;研究组进行腹腔镜下的膀胱根治性切除手术。分别记录患者的术后恢复情况、术后并发症、手术时间、术中出血量等相关数据,并将其进行对比分析。结果同时研究组患者的术中出血量、术中输血量、肛门排气时间、恢复进食时间、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率均低于对比组,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗膀胱肿瘤的过程中应用腹腔镜下的根治性全膀胱切除术能够有效提升患者的治疗效果,并且减少术中出血量和术后并发症的发生率。
Objective To comparatively analyze the short-term clinical effect of laparosocopic radical cystectomy and open surgery for treatment of bladder neoplasms. Methods 60 patients with bladder neoplasms who underwent treatment in our hospital between January 2013 and June 2014 were divided into two groups. The control group adopted conventional open surgery, while the study group received laparosocopic radical cystectomy. We recorded and comparatively analyzed the postoperative recovery and complications, operation duration, intraoperative blood loss and other related data. Results The intraoperative blood loss and intraoperative blood transfusion were less, the anus exhaust and resumption of oral intake were earlier, the length of hospital stay was shorter,and the postoperative complication rate was lower in the study group than in the control group, and all the differences above were statistically significant, P<0.05. Conclusion In the treatment of bladder neoplasms, laparosocopic radical cystectomy has higher efficacy but lower rate of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complication.
