摘要
目的观察内窥镜下中西医联合疗法治疗晚期食管癌、贲门癌的临床疗效。方法将92例晚期食管癌、贲门癌患者随机分为两组。对照组应用内窥镜下西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为80.43%,高于对照组的60.87%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论内镜下中西医联合疗法治疗晚期食管癌、贲门癌的临床效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy of endoscopic therapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal,cardia cancer. Methods 92 cases with advanced esophageal,cardia cancer were divided into 2groups. Control group used Western medicine and endoscopic therapy. Treatment group used the same therapy and TCM Therapy. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate in treatment group was 80. 43%,higher than the 60. 87% in the control group,with significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine therapy of endoscopic treatment of advanced esophageal,cardia cancer significantly,no serious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application.
