摘要
目的观察针刺配合手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效及对血流动力学的影响。方法将105例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为针刺+手法组、偏振红外线治疗组、药物组。1个疗程结束后评估治疗效果,运用彩色多普勒超声观察各组治疗前后椎动脉的内径、收缩期最高血流速度、舒张末期流速、平均血流速度、搏动指数、阻力指数等指标。结果针刺+手法组疗效明显优于偏振红外线治疗组和药物组(均P<0.05)。针刺+手法组治疗后D、PSV、EDV及Vm值显著上升,PI、RI显著下降(均P<0.01)。结论针刺配合手法能明显改善椎动脉型颈椎病患者的血液动力学指标,是治疗椎动脉型颈椎病较有效的方法。
Objective To observe the influences of hemodynamics and the therapeutic result of acupuncture plus manipulation for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods 105 patients with CSA were randomly allocated to acupuncture plus manipulation group,super lazer group,medicine group. Clinical outcome was evaluated after one therapeutic course. Before and after treatment,the indexes of vertebral artery of neck part including inner diameter,peak systolic velocity,end diastolic velocity,mean velocity,vertebrobasilar pulsation index and resistance index were measured by color doppler ultrasonography. Results The efficacy of the acupuncture plus manipulation group was significantly higher than super lazer group and medicine group( P < 0. 05). In the acupuncture plus manipulation group,after treatment,the indexes of arteria vertebralis' s D、PSV、EDV and Vm had a distinguished rise,and the indexes of PI and RI has a remarkable descend( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture plus manipulation can significantly improve the indexes of hemodynamics,and is also an effective way for treating CSA.
