摘要
花药培养是获取花药单倍体植株,为杂交育种、人工引变,远缘杂交及理化引变中迅速稳定中间类型、探索遗传规律、作物起源等理论研究方面提供了有利条件,故花培育种,近年来发展很快。 玉米花培在国际上进展较慢,仅报导有愈伤组织的形成。我国玉米花培工作开展较其他作物如烟草、水稻、小麦等晚,但进展较快,1976年全国开展大协作以来,已有20多个单位获得玉米花粉植株 ,几个单位获得种子。 我校玉米花培1976年开始,当年获得玉米花粉植株,次年获得分化雌果穗的植株,1978年获得91个花粉植株,栽活15株,其中5株分化生殖器官,一株自交、不实,二株异交,得果穗二个,种子82粒,初步突破花粉植株结实关。
This report is the experimental result about the anther culture in maiZe . we obtained followingonetusion s.Selection of materials. Various induction freguency comefrom the different varieties, and the highest inductinafrequences were Bo-Dan and ysu-ion-704.Medium of the anther culture must be suitable varities. The best medium of induction caits isN0+2.4D2 mg/L + K.T 1 mg/L+ Sucrosel5%+act ive carbon 0.5% PH5.8, and for differentiation green plants are:N5 + NAA0.5mg/L+KT 1 mg/L + LH500mg/L sucrose 6%+activecarbon 0.5%.Before the anther cutture, we put the antherinto 25% sotution of sucrose.It may inereasethe incinction frequency from 1.4% to 3.7% .The seed ings of the anther must be . plant in 20-25℃ temperature.
