摘要
甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒(Mamestra brassicae multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus MbMNPV)作为广谱杆状病毒生物杀虫剂已广泛应用。本文成功构建一个能在多种商品化昆虫细胞中进行外源蛋白表达和基因工程操作的Ⅱ组甲型杆状病毒Bac-to-Bac表达载体系统,该系统能在Tn368细胞中表达回复的病毒多角体蛋白,也可高效表达其他外源蛋白。该系统的建立为MbMNPV广谱杀虫特性机制研究及重组高效广谱杆状病毒株构建提供便利工具,具有商业开发价值。
Mamestra brassicae multiple nueleopolyhedrovirus(MbMNPV)as a biopesticide was widely used all over the world.In this study,a Bac-to-Bac expression system of MbMNPV was constructed,by which PH protein and other foreign proteins(EGFP)could be expressed efficiently in Tn368 cell.This system could be applied to perform pesticidal mechanism research and genetic operation for high-effective pesticide.
