NF-κB在肾缺血再灌注心肌损伤中的作用

摘要 肾缺血再灌注损伤是一种常见的危重病人引起的急性肾损伤,NF-κB信号通路参与该损伤过程.NF-κB可通过PKC与Toll样受体途径激活,产生大量炎性因子,在肾缺血再灌注引起的心肌损伤中具有重要作用,但其具体机制不很清楚.用于治疗肾缺血再灌注心肌损伤的某些药物,其作用机制与NF-κB信号通路有关. Renal ischemia reperfusion injury is a common acute kidney injury in critically ill patients.Activated through PKC and Toll like receptor pathway,NF-kappa B can produce a large number of inflammatory factors which play an important role in renal ischemia/reperfusion myocardium injury,but the specific mechanism is still unclear.Some drugs are benefitial to renal ischemia/reperfusion myocardium injury,and its mechanism is possibly related to the NF-kappa B signaling pathway.
