摘要
朱希祖不仅对我国的史学作出了巨大贡献,在国语运动中也发挥了积极的作用。作为读音统一会的代表,他提出了以章太炎拟定的标音符号为基础的注音字母提案,并得以通过;此外,他还积极参加白话文运动,有力促进了国语统一和白话文的推广。
Zhu Xizu made great contributions not only in Chinese historiography but also in the Mandarin Movement.As the representative of pronunciation unification,he proposed phonetic symbols on the basis of phonetic alphabet compiled by Zhang Taiyan,and the proposal was agreed.In addition,he also actively participated in the vernacular movement,a strong impetus to the promotion of Mandarin and vernacular.
