摘要
在调查河南省理工类高校不同群体(专业、性别、年纪)运动损伤状况的基础上,运用文献资料、专家访谈、数理统计等方法探讨了运动损伤发生的规律和特点.研究得出:不同群体学生在运动损伤的项目、部位、程度上大致相同,项目主要以大球、田径为主.部位主要集中在手、踝及腕关节.程度以轻、中为主.体育专业学生运动损伤发生在运动后期,非体育专业学生的运动损伤发生在运动中期.体育专业学生运动损伤发生在训练阶段,非体育男生的运动损伤以课外活动为主,女生主要集中在体育课上.不同年级在运动损伤的发生时间上有所不同.由此提出相应的防范措施.
Based on some investigations of the sports injury situation of different groups (major, gender and age)in Henan science and engineering universities,the paper explores the regularity and characteristics of sports injuries using literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods,and concludes that:sport injury projects,areas,and degrees of different groups of students are roughly the same .Projects are mainly big ball,track and field;the areas are mainly concentrated on the hands,ankles and wrists;degrees are given priority to soft,medium stage;injury phases,the ma-jors are in the late of sports,non majors are in the middle of the movement;injury times,the majors are in the training phase,and the non major boys are given priority to extracurricular activities;girls are focused in physical classes,and different grades are different,etc.And the thesis also puts forward some corresponding measures for prevention.
