摘要
如何解决传统编目业务外包模式所产生的弊端是高校图书馆持续关注的议题。惠州学院图书馆合同制人员的兼职参与是地方高校编目业务外包创新模式的一种探索,它较好地解决了目前同类高校馆在外包工作中普遍存在编目队伍不稳定、编目人员专业水平欠缺、编目质量下降等问题,提升了图书馆的工作效率和服务能力。
How to solve the drawbacks of the traditional mode of cataloging outsourcing is generated by the continuing concern about the issue of university library. The part-time participation of contract personnel in Huizhou University library is an exploration in the innovation mode of library cataloging outsourcing at a local university,which can better solve the problems such as unstable cataloging team, lack of professional level of the cataloging personnel,and decreasing cataloging quality,problems that presently exist at local universities,and therefore improve work efficiency and service ability of the library.
