摘要
入世后,我国金融业必将面临着外资金融机构的强大竞争冲击,金融业的变革在所难免。面对外资金融机构的竞争压力,我国金融机构应如何应对就成为一个非常现实的问题。本文首先分行业考察了我国金融机构所面临的具体竞争压力,在此基础上,分别对货币市场、金融创新下的衍生品市场、银行业、保险市场、资本市场等五个金融领域的发展做出了展望。
