摘要
目的探究对老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者,采用益肾补骨汤、椎体成形术联合治疗的效果。方法选择80例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折患者作为研究对象,分别对患者实施椎体成形术治疗(对照组)、益肾补骨汤、椎体成形术联用治疗(观察组);观察两组治疗效果即疼痛情况、骨密度情况和伤椎前后缘高度等情况并实施组间对比。结果两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组患者的骨密度、伤椎前后缘高度比、上部后凸角度等情况对比均P>0.05,治疗后观察组患者的骨密度、上下部后凸角度改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折治疗中,联合应用益肾补骨汤、椎体成形术的效果显著,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment with Yishen Bu Gu Tang and vertebroplasty on elderly patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods Eighty patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures were selected as the study subjects.The patients were treated with vertebroplasty(control group),Yishen Bugu Decoction and vertebroplasty(observation group).The treatment effects of the two groups,namely pain,bone mineral density and height of the anterior and posterior margin of the injured vertebra were observed and compared between groups.Results The incidence of complications was similar between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the bone mineral density,the ratio of anterior and posterior margins of injured vertebrae and the angle of upper kyphosis were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of bone mineral density and the angle of upper and lower kyphosis in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of senile osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures,the combined application of Yishen Bone Decoction and Vertebroplasty has significant effects and is worthy of popularization.
