摘要
目的研究阿托伐他汀联合培哚普利对高血压合并冠心病患者血小板活化功能、内皮功能及心功能的影响。方法采取回顾性分析法对2015年12月—2017年12月期间驻马店市遂平仁安医院接收的高血压合并冠心病患者126例展开研究,随机分为对照组和观察组,均为63例,其中对照组单用培哚普利治疗,观察组则联用阿托伐他汀与培哚普利开展治疗。观察两组用药后血小板活化功能、血管内皮功能与心功能相关指标变化。结果治疗前两组左室舒张末期容积、左心室射血体积分数以及E峰/A峰值水平对比无统计学价值(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组左室舒张末期容积指标低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组左心室射血体积分数以及E峰/A峰值水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血管内皮功能指标内皮素-1、一氧化氮对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组内皮素-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05),且一氧化氮指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组血小板活化功能指标括P-选择素、溶媒体膜蛋白糖水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组P-选择素、溶媒体膜蛋白糖水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床上治疗高血压合并冠心病患者采取阿托伐他汀联合培哚普利治疗法有助于稳定患者心功能指标,改善其血管内皮功能及血小板活化功能,有利于患者预后,该联合治疗方式值得推广。
Objective To study the effects of atorvastatin combined with perindopril on platelet activation,endothelial function and cardiac function in patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 126 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2017.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,all of which were 63 cases,of which the control group was used alone.Perindopril was given to the treatment group,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin and perindopril.The changes of platelet activation,vascular endothelial function and cardiac function were observed after treatment.Results Left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular ejection volume fraction,and E-peak/A peak levels were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the left ventricular ejection volume fraction and E peak/A peak level in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in endothelin-1 and nitric oxide between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of endothelin-1 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of nitric oxide was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the platelet activation function between the two groups,including P-selectin and soluble media membrane protein(P>0.05).After treatment,the P-selectin and soluble media membrane glycoprotein levels in the observation group were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin and perindopril in the treatment of patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease can help stabilize the heart function index,improve the vascular endothelial function and plat
