摘要
本文报告7例心脏直视手术后感染性心内膜炎,全部病人用抗生素治疗,无1例成活。如能早期诊断及在大量抗生素控制下施行二次手术,有可能挽救病人生命。
Seven cases of infective endocarditis after open heart surgery were reported.Of the 7 cases 4 were mitral valve replacement, 1 ventricular septal defect, 1 patant ductus arterious and 1 tetralogy of Fallot. All these patients were treated conservatively with antibiotics, but none survived.It is suggested that the patients might be saved by early diagnosis and a second operation.High fever and chilis, leukocytosis, vegetations found by echocardiography and possitive blood culture are important symptoms for a possitire diagnosis.
