摘要
依据GB 28482-2012《婴幼儿安抚奶嘴安全要求》中对N-亚硝胺和N-亚硝基物质释放量的检测要求,用人工唾液模拟物对安抚奶嘴进行处理,以二氯甲烷作为溶剂,运用气相色谱-热能分析仪测定婴幼儿安抚奶嘴中N-亚硝胺和N-亚硝基物质释放量,并对该方法进行不确定度评估,依据《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》建立数学模型,进行不确定度的计算并合成不确定度。结果表明检测不确定度主要来源于标准曲线、样品重复性和标样纯度,11种标准物质的不确定度介于(0.116±0.023)mg/kg与(0.305±0.033)mg/kg之间,评定程序和方法符合规范要求,适用于同类型实验的不确定度评定。
According to the detecting requirements of release amount of N-nitrosamines and N-nitrosamine substances in GB 28482-2012 of'Safety requirements of soothers for babies and young children',soothers were treated with artificial saliva by using dichloromethane as solvent followed by evaluating the uncertainty in determination of release amount of N-nitrosamines and N-nitroso compounds in the soothers for babies and young children via GC-TEA.A mathematical model is established according to the 'Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement'(GUM)and it was employed to calculate and synthesize the uncertainty.The results show that the main sources of uncertainty come from the standard curve,sample repeatability and standard purity and the uncertainties of 11 standard substancess are between(0.116±0.023)mg/kg and(0.305±0.033)mg/kg.Procedures and methods are required of specifications and also applied to related experiments.
